| Funciones: | We are currently looking for motivated Call Center Sales Representatives who are passionate about outbound sales calls. The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient and passionately communicative, has strong sales background and is confident to work in a call center sales environment. WHAT YOU LL BE DOING Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers. Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with account for the customers. Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with website and escalate any issues to management appropriately. Perform basic account maintenance activities. Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 2 years of prior sales or call center background a plus High School Diploma Complete 18 or more years old 85 English Verbal and Written Schedule Flexibility Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers Excellent communication skills Basic Computer Knowledge Solid phone selling and verbal communication skills Sales Driven Highly motivated and committed individual Desire to work in fast paced, highly dynamic environment Ability to work independently without relying on significant management oversight Ability to work under pressure |
